Send her an apology card. Wait 2-3 days then call her an offer to take her out to lunch.
She should be okay by then. If not, have another family member intervene on your behalf.

Perhaps she doesnt feel that you were sincere. Maybe you should visit her in person to tell her that you feel she's still mad at you, and it's making you feel unhappy. Sometimes older folks dont understand when younger folks seem to show a lack of respect for their elders.

if she accepted your apology, trust her and continue on as the situation that led to the apology shoudl be behind you both. if she continues to have issues, then she did not sincerely accept your apology and you need to just continue showing her that you're sorry until she gets over it. best wishes.

go to her with a present or something you know she'll love then chat with her a while..then talk about the problem...I hop it works for you..
