u need to go the the MRT station at Pasir Ris or Buona Vista EZlink office to report the lost and fill in the form, they will let you get you replacement there, make sure you have the kid photo and school id, birth cert, etc, maybe you need to paid $10 for the replacement

You need to go the the Buona Vista Ez-link office located below the MRT station to report the lost of the cards and fill in the replacement form, they will let you get the replacement there,
Things that might need to bring -
1. Photo
2. School Details
3. Birth Cert and etc
4. maybe you need / need not pay for the replacement
