My ex and I broke up a week after our 2 year anniversary after I found out she was cheating on me and lying to me the whole relationship. I'm just maintaining a positive outlook on life and things are getting better. I'm hanging out with friends to keep my mind off her. Last year was a worse year.

There was a religious Christian family that lived next door to me. When they found out that I was gay they threw some poisoned meat into my backyard. My dog ate it and died the next day.

Luckily I had my hidden cam on (I was getting funny things thrown into my yard before that), so I called the police. When they arrived I showed them the tape from my cam, and the husband is now in jail for crimes of animal cruelty, along with a hate crime.

How am I dealing with it?

Well, has your dog ever died?
Have you ever had to live in fear because of the way God made you?

Guess you get my point.

I spoke to a Christian about six months ago. We were having a nice conversation at the supermarket and the lady was so sweet and loving.

As soon as my gay lover joined in the conversation, the woman figured it out right away and stormed off all wide-eyed, like she'd seen a ghost.

When we got to the car with our groceries, this woman started yelling "HEATHEN HOMO" and "REPENT YOU *****" out loud for all to hear.

We laughed.
Have a wonderful day!
