Was prescribed Adderall, but it's expensive. Wanted to know if there's any over the counter alternatives comparable to it or Ritalin or Strattera?

Prescription for Natural Cures (Balch & Stengler) give a lot on info on this. Some children may benefit from taking monavie juice. Pycnogenol has been tried with some limited success. Sleeping on a magnetic pillow or mattress pad have seen some good results. Fish or flaxseed oil may be helpful.
