first of all whatever you do BE YOURSELF!
if your pulling a girl grab her by the pigtails...
if your pulling a woman offer to buy her a drink in a bar she likes.
ask if you can take a photo of her on your mobile when she asks why say so you have a better reason to get your friend to come out when theres women like her about. she will be wondering about you all night after that coz its a compliment.

Walk up to a girl you fancy in a club or bar ideally , try to get her while shes on her own aswell and jst say hi i noticed you across the room and like the look of you can i get you a drink and well see how things go , try it my friend

Change your attitude and than chat to a few, I don't know of a girl that wants to be pulled.

Lotsa liquor, honesty and confidence are the key, in my experience girls hate.... lines, liars, flashiness and at the same time timid people and mumblers, just show her how ya feel what ya fancy doing about it and smile, if ur knocked back it wasnt meant to be, what doesnt kill ya will only make you stronger!

best way: grab the girl with at least one hand (Preferably while the attached arm is fully extended), then contract your shoulder, forearm and bicep muscles and the girl will move towards you or be "pulled" towards you.
if the girl resists, then mput more "elbow grease" into it and if that is not enough, increase you weights and lower your reps at the gym.

just talk to them. by doing this you will find someone you get along with as well as are attrated to, which is a good place to start. You wont be successful everytime but that just means they werent the right one or you
