You know how in restaurants or commercials when they show 2 eggs that are fried or over-easy, they are perfectly round with the two yolks in the middle? This is how I found to do it...works just about every time:

Spray a pan w/ nonstick cooking spray or heat up some butter or margarine in a SMALL skillet or pan.

Heat pan over medium-high heat. (or until butter's melted)

Crack the two eggs into the pan, careful not to break the yolks.

When most of the egg whites are no longer see through,....SLIDE the eggs onto a plate, cooked side down.

This is the hardest part........but you can do it!
Hold the plate with the eggs next to the pan and quickly flip them back into the pan with the uncooked side DOWN.

Continue cooking until desired doneness.

I have a better one, spray a non-stick pan with a cooking spray (I use Pam), heat over medium-low heat, carefully crack the eggs over the pan and then put a lid. Cook covered until a white film is completely covering the yolks. Slide on a plate. Perfect!

Thats too difficult, just push and pull the pan real fast to make the egg flip in the air, much easier than sliding it on a plate.

No, I can't flip eggs in my fry pan, but I would suggest using a biscuit cutter to shape the ''perfect'' fried egg...that way you have even edges and no crispy burned pieces.
