i have brown hair w/ rele faded blond highlights and i am going to target tonite to get an allover dark color and i dont know what color to get. ne suggestions?

i have the best advice the highlighted area may turn out the base color of the color u decided to buy b/c u stripped all the natural red pigment from the hair to hold a dark color in ur hair

Instead of going to target try a Sally's Beauty Supply. They can help get the best color that will match your color. If you pick the wrong color it could come out orange and brassy. You might have brown hair but there are different colors of brown hair. I have a ashy brown and you might have a blonde brown or something like that. Try to match your roots with the sample hair color that will work as well. Don't match the bottom of your hair to the sample hair because the bottom of your hair has been exposed to the sun so it is lighter so go for the roots. Just be careful on the color that you choose. To make it look as natural as possible, match it to your eyebrows or as close as possible. If you have any of your natural hair color roots showing I would match it to that, only if your natural hair is darker than what you hair color is now

buy something in cairol or feria..they are usually pretty true to the box colors...dont buy and ash though..will leave you with a greenish hue over the blond buy a golden or a neutral in browns
