If I remember my college biology correctly, no. Because the dark hair is the dominant gene, and if someone is 100% of Asian decent, then they wouldn't have the recessive blond gene. Now, if the Asian person was only 50% Asian, then there would be a chance, if they had the recessive gene and that was the sperm/egg cell with that recessive gene that combined to make the baby.

I don't know about Asians having naturally blonde hair, but a good friend of mine is half Chinese and half Cantonese and she has emerald green eyes and nobody in her family is Caucasian. And I knew a couple once, the Mom was white with natural blonde hair and the dad was black. Their daughter was dark skinned with light blonde hair. She was beautiful. I'm sure anything is possible.

I sat next to a blond haired Asian lady the other day on the bus. She starts telling me all of these crazy stories and problems that she was having and right in the middle of it all she said "Wait a minute what am I doing you're a total stranger?" I said "Psychiatrist say that sometimes it's easier for a person to tell their problems to a total stranger than it is their own best friends, because they don't have to worry about being judged." she replied "You know what? You're absolutely right well, I'm a nymphomaniac, and I only get turned on by Jewish cowboys." I said "I'm sorry but I don't mean to interrupt but I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Buckaroo Goldstein."........................ Steven Wright 1990.

I agree with basketcase about the recessive gene thing. But you may see some of them with blond hair in the second and third generations, when some of those recessive blond genes get mixed in the population.
