Weight charts are so far off it isn't even funny. Believe me. I have a chi that weighed 9 oz at 8 weeks and now she is 3.5 lb. Your chi is almost double what mine weighed at the same age. I would say between 5-6 lb. Which is a good weight for a chi.
You can take the weight at 3 months and double it and that should give you the adult weight.

I breed and raise Chihuahuas and that is the question I am asked most.....what will my puppy weigh as an adult.
To guess your puppies adult weight would be like you going into a hospital and looking at 15 newborn babies (even if you saw the parent next to them) and you telling me what each of them will weigh as an adult.
NO WAY, CAN"T BE DONE.
There is no such thing as a T-cup, micro-mini, tiny toy or pocket pup.
They are just names breeders have started sticking on the poor puppies because they know the general public will not know any different.
Dogs are put in groups according to what they do... Chihuahuas and about 14 other dogs are classed as a TOY breed, they are couch potatoes, their only function is to be held and loved.
As one responder said, the weight chart is so off the mark it is not even funny.
The ONLY time there is a weight limit on a Chihuahua is if you intend to show the dog, then it can not weigh any more than 6 lb.
A Chihuahua is a TOY breed, it does not matter if it weighs 4lb or 14lb.
A honest breeder will explain this to you, a good breeder can give a an estimate of the adult weight of a puppy.
But it is guessing, never an exact science.

It depends on her breed. If she is a tea-cup then yes her weight should be around 3lbs. I have two female long-hairs and both weightin about 6.5 - 7 lbs. I also know of dogs that can wieght more, close 10-12 lbs. Don't over feed her. Ask your Vet about her supossed weight. Also average height is about foot or smaller
lenght is about a foot to a foot and half.

Chihauhau's average about 3 to 4 pounds. Did you see the parents of your puppy? That is always a good way to determine what you dog will look like when fully grown. If they were big, there is a pretty good chance your puppy will grow bigger than average as well. IF they were small, same thing, pretty likely she will stay on the small side.

the standard chihuahua should not grow more than 6lbs, but the average i think is 4-5 lbs, depending on the parents....., i think the size varies, its hard to say what is normal for your dog without knowing what the parents look like.

the average weight is about 4 to 5 pounds and about 12 to 14 inches long.
they are tiny dogs, very nervous, but great alarms because they bark at everything.
