I would like to do some video editing and last year I tried some out but didn't have the money to buy. I'd like to try them again but the software trial period is over. Any suggestions?
thanks

First, make sure you have a backup copy of the setup program. Then, uninstall the software. Some programs will leave behind values in the system registry to try and prevent you from just reinstalling the program to get a new free trial period; find and delete these values (but be careful, as you might mess up your computer). Finally, reinstall the software.

Tedious, I know, but it nearly always works for me.

Totally delete it from your pc (add/remove programs and/or uninstall) and go back to the site and download the trial version again.

Hope that helps.

go to your contol panel and change the date on the CPU. Just roll back the time.

this works, but the drawback is now your computer doesn't know what date it is so that has the potential to screw up other apps.

double click on the time and change the date back every 5 days
