Be smart, advise them that their version of the American dream is worth NOTHING if it is built on a lie. The lie being their unwillingness to co-operate with the wishes of American law. If the first step in their "dream" is an illegal one then they only have themselves to blame when this "dream" fades and they find themselves in a long line with the other career criminals they have chosen to imitate.

more then likely in the future will be very tough to come by.

Advise them to search there luck in the country. If they do not agree, let them go there and when they will see the truth, they will return with conviction. My experience says that many go but little can make their place there and many return with no luck.
