My wedding band cost $9 13 years ago. They cost $12 now. It's a beautiful hammered silver octagonal band.

Well if you want something that looks like a diamond, check out one of the home shopping networks. They have Zircons that look exactly like diamonds. Absolute is beautiful.

Or you can do what my brother did, he got silver wedding rings and they wore them for years until they could get the gold ones.

Go for 10 karat gold wedding bands. You can pick them up for under $100 each regular price and maybe even less. Check the sale ads at JC Penney and Kohls. They always have jewelry on sale.

two ideas:
1. pawn shop. great rings, low price. (but it sounds so ghetto)

2. E-bay. I got a ring with a $4000.00 apraisel, its almost two carat ( I paid $223.00) there is other ones there for cheeper. But you have to devote some time to looking and finding a good deal. try the floridiadiamonddepot.com or e-bay. (or e-mail me, I'm getting a divorce. LOL you can have mine)

I got a gorgeous celtic knot silver ring at an Irish-themed shop. My husband has one to match. Total cost: 100 dollars.
