Her eye colr is brown. I know your pupil is supposed to be white. It is but a little part of it is blue. She rubs around her ears alot too.

depends on the dog, you should not be giving her so many baths. their skin are not like humans,. if you washed them to much they develop skin dirsorders because their skin becomes very dried.
also about her pupil being blue, she might had bumped into something and she got a bruise on her eye. the best thing is to go to the vet. but if you want, beforehand. go to the pet store and buy what they called "the cone" you place this around her neck. it will prevent her from scracthing her eyes, or ears. then try to see if she had puss around her eyes. you can get chamomille tea (the sunflower one) and with a cotton ball once it is cool, place on the eye for a short time, this is used an a cleanser and it does not harmed her eyes.
about her ears, it might be wax buildup. that can also be causes by water and/or soap getting inside his ear. i need to clean my dogs ears with this and works great:
in a bottle mix half of vinegar and half rubbing alcholoc. then take a cotton ball and wipe the ear with this. the vinegar is used to clean and the alcohol is used to dry it up so it does not stay in their ears long.

Could it be retina problem, How old is your dog sometimes as they are ageing they can start losing their sight either in one or both eyes and that does give this sort of cloudy tinge to the pupil, but obviously only the vet can answer this. Hope all goes well.

Don't wash her so often-dogs only need washed on average 2 times a year-it is true. Plus why are you asking people on Yahoo-no offence to anyone who answered this question- who not only might give you the wrong answer but even if they tell you her problem she will need vets treatment to get it sorted. Plus, pupils are black not white-if you are wondering why I said this look at your question!

It sounds like your dog scarched her eye that would be why it is truning blue. This is very commen in shih tzus, pugs, and any other breed alone those lines. With that you would need to take you dog to the vet to get meds for the eye. Also that would tell you why it is rubbing it alot as it hurts.
Also please note if you do nothing your dog might loss his vison

If don't want her to suffer and not take her to a vet, then at least call one for her sake. You need to at least get an over the phone opinion to put you on the right track to finding out how you can help her.

one in each and every of my chihuahuas gets corneal ulcers each and all of the time. I could positioned drops in her eyes(prescribed via our vet) while it happens and it frequently is going away interior an afternoon, 2 on the main. If left on my own he can pass blind. Take it from somebody who has had 10 eye surgical procedures over the final 2 years. resourceful and prescient is very priceless. do no longer take of venture with your canines's eye. Take him to the vet. Borrow the money, or ask the vet to take a submit dated examine.

Sounds like she has a corneal ulcer. One of my chis gets them regularly. Does she try to shield her eyes from the light? She could go blind if left untreated. The vet can give you some eye drops for her. As for the ears, it could be ear mites and she will need treatment for them too.

sometimes what happens is that the dogs eye is irratated because sothing is in it. you should take it to the vet ASAP. your dog may need surgery. trust me on this one. my friends eye turned blue they took it to the vet and the vet said it needed surgery. now the dog has a glass eye. it was sad.
