My penpals send me letters and my parents want to know but it's private to me?

I'm a 26 year old guy. I really don't like to talk about my penpal life, i'm not that kind of person tht tells everything. but on the other hand my parents are like that, and my mom is asking me to tell her stuff. he he. Should i open more with my parents? i'm a reserved, quiet person generally , i don't even talk to my parents that much even though i live with them.

I'm sure your pen pal tells you things that are not so private, like the weather. Give your folks a little of each letter, the non important stuff. If they ask for more, tell them it's private.

first of all....you are 26.....living with your parents.......with penpals......lets think about this. anyway, you dont have to open up if its not your M.O. and when you move out...you will have more privacy.
