People much further back knew much more.
Seven layers is an arbitrary designation - we have more than that.
Embryonic development could be observed by any butcher who did his job very often.
Steady expansion is not a new idea, even in the 7th century.
Unique fingertips have been known by artists significantly before the 7th century.
I suspect your Pharaoh decuction is simply wrong.
The pillars were known to sailors centuries before.

You probably think you have intellectual reason to "believe".
It might be healthier for you if you accepted your need to believe and left it outside reason.

You are really obsessed with Arabia aren't you? Well, 7th century Christian Europe was even more in the dark with their understanding of science and nature.

The implication that the Christian West managed to overtake Arab science and mathematics still doesn't justify an endless crusade against them. Stop intervening in their countries and the more secular (and hence pro-science) elements will have a chance to emerge and establish themselves. Which when you think about it, is the defining element in Christian societies as well.

I'm going to say "Yes" to all. As you may know, the Persians, from which much of the non-Jewish imagery in the Quran is drawn, were highly advanced compared to the Arabs at the time. So the Arabs must have heard a few things, huh?

So... what are you getting at exactly? People have known lots of things, but not everyone has had the privilege of voice, the gift of literacy or the articulation to explain their ideas. So what is your actual question? Is this an exercise in egotism or are you really asking something?
