This is such a problem in women's restrooms I cannot believe it. Seriously, I understand why guys piss on the seat but women -- YOU CAN ACTUALLY SIT DOWN OR GET PRETTY DARNED CLOSE TO SITTING -- THERE IS NO NEED TO PEE ON THE DAMN SEAT!!! And if you DO happen to pee on the seat, WIPE IT OFF since the next person sure as hell doesn't want to come anywhere near your pee.
It is called common courtesy, which no one bothers with anymore.

I think the more important question is if they pee on the seat, why don't they wipe it up? It is really irksome to go to use a public toilet and there is pee on the seat...
