Implantation bleeding can happen at the time the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, on average between 6 to 12 days past ovulation. It is is vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only about 1 in 3 pregnant women experience implantation bleeding.
Approximately one third of all pregnant women report bleeding that is associated with implantation. The presence of implantation bleeding does not increase the overall risk of miscarriage, however. Most pregnancies will continue until term without further bleeding

The light brown is old blood, and the pinkish red is just a small amount of blood with discharge. I am not sure about the other part of your question. I would say to call your local advice nurse.

Implants have a tendency to move or come loose. My daughter had one removed after she began spotting and having pain because it had come loose.
Also, implants are not 100 % effective in birth control.
See a doctor.
