I work for an airline company and this has happened many times. Due to unexpected events some women give birth on planes. Well according to all airline "manuals" the child's nationality is whatever country the plane is registered to. So if its Air France, he is french, if its AeroMexico he is Mexican. Weird but true and confusing.
