He is the bartender the corner bar. He asked for my number one night and I gave it to him. I left and went to a friends house, he is freinds with the same friend and found out I was there so he came over. Icrashed on the couch, him on the floor. He drove me to my car the next morning and I left it casual with "see you soon" . A couple weeks went by and I went to the bar agai, he said hi as sson as I walked in. He gave me free drinks. When I left he yelled "I love you". I kept walking and left, what are you suppose to say to that? Does he seem interested? He never called.

He's not interested really, or he would've called...who knows what the "i love you" was about...perhaps to affect someone else that was there...I certainly wouldn't take it seriously as he doesn't know you well enough to have developed that kind of feeling...
Enjoy getting good drink deals, but don't read anything further into it...he sounds (alas) like the stereotypical bartender type...I've known a few...they'll flirt, and ask for your #, and treat ya groovy at the bar...and maybe even take ya home if you let them, but generally outside of seein' them at their place of work, ya don't hear from 'em...

He was not ready for a "i love you" relationship. You jumped the gun too soon. If he is interested he will call. Sometimes people think that because you are nice to them they can come onto you. So he was nice to you and maybe wanted a casual friend ship and you read to much into it. Move on.

Maybe he is just shy and too nervous to call you over the phone and feels more confident in a social setting. If you are interested also, go up to the bar and talk to him. Maybe after a great discussion, he'll have the courage to call you.

well he has your number, and he hasnt pursued you...it doesnt seem like he's really that interested. His behavior is certainly confusing, but I'd say dont go out of your way to see him/contact him again. If he wants to see you, he will make the effort:-)

That sounds a lil werid. Never calls you but when he see's you again giving u free drinks than yelling out "I love you"... I dont' know if I would mess with him. He could be one of those go crazy on u men. When you let him get close to you.

He may be interested and think your not. He also may just be a total flirt. The "I love you" is kind of scary but you did get free drinks.

Next time you go ask him. You clearly have a friendship with him so just ask him casual why he didnt call. Then leave it at that. If he likes you he will call.
