Wear something that you are comfortable in and do something extra special for yourself to give you a boost of self esteem. Then, just walk up to him and talk to him.

you dont have to stick out like a sore thumb just be outgoing yet mysteious, so he'll notice you but also want to know more about you.

If your an out going girl walk up and tell him how good he looks and you've been checking him out. That will definately get conversation going I promise. If your a little reserved he will eventually notice you. he will notice your not like everyone else and he might get a little curious and come up to you.

Be yourself...he'll notice. I have heard several men say that the way to truly get their attention is to smile sincerely. You don't have to do anything rash just be sincere and he'll notice.
