It was never part of the Levitical Laws so ..
NOT NECESSARY.
If it WAS part of the laws and regulations of that day- then JESUS freed us from all that stuff anyway.

black men dont wipe...mexicans do but they pile the paper in the corner...so when you go in a public restroom and see a pile of toilet paper on the floor a mex has been there if you see a foot long t... floating in the commode and no paper you know who was there

i don't think there was any variant of tissue paper during jesus' time! either he used the same way (s e asians do it that way too and then wash their hands thoroughly) or he must've found apretty neat way to clean himself and then conveniently forgot to pass on his secret!!
