Right click the file and go to Properties...click the Change button and change it there.

just right click the file and change the open with option to the program u want to handle the file.

go to control panel...select folder options... then click on the file types tab... finally look for the program extention and click on change to select another program or delete the entry... if you are going to right click and select a new program.. then you should hold the SHIFT key when right clicking...
