There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. The only thing I suggest you buy is a kitchen scale (if you don't already have one), as most people tend to eat servings that are too big. When labels suggest serving sizes, make sure you know how much of your food matches that serving size, and the scale will help you a LOT with this. When I lost weight, I learned that I was having things like 700-calorie servings of chips, and now I can weigh out a 150-calorie serving, and it makes all the difference. The scale was totally worth it!

Im a wrestler, and if theres anything i know about its losing weight. Theres no absolute solution and i honestly cant give you the most accurate information without knowing your size, weight, eating habits, exercise habits, metabolism, etc. But my favorite crash diet technique is cottege cheese, and egg whites. Protein is known to burn 1.5 times its weight in fat and cottege cheese has 60 grams of protein and 0 grams of fat in just one container. Egg whites are pretty much protein water with nothing but protein, and they come in 1 quart cartons at publix for about 4.00. Replace your breakfast with egg whites, replace 1-2 meals a day with 1/3 to 1/2 a carton of cottege cheese with some canned mandarine oranges (its actually very good together), and do atleast 25 minutes of cardio in your target heart rate, increasing by a minute every few days, and you will be shedding 5 pounds per week easy if you dont break the habit. If you need a snack, get some fat free grahm crackers and some cool whip and make yourself a fat free ice cream sandwich. But ONLY twice a week to relieve some stress. Dont listen to anybody that said no water because they are insane. Drink alot of water because half of the fat you eat is water soluble. No sodas, and chew some low sugar gum it kills cravings. Dont listen to the calorie counting thing, there are many different calories, eat healthy foods and youll eat healthy calories. The main point of the diet is, if you dont eat fat, you wont get fat. yes simple---eat 10 caleries for pound of weight u desire....and the desire must be realistic
example = you want to weigh 120 pounds. You get to eat 1200 calories a day
U can eat anything u want---but when u reach 1200 calories u must not eat anything more...everything that goes into your mouth counts, gum coffee, mints, etc. This works and quickly...but u must be honest with yourself and right everything down so u will know exactly where u are.
Remember eat anything but do not exceed 1200 calories

take some herbal food that can make your stomach digest well and reduce fat.
i used to gain lots of weight,and i used some food as herbal,it was work,i loose weigth a lots,but it slowly worked day by day. need time around 7-10 month to see the result.
and i still use this kind till now,i never get fat again.
so all herbal thing i use are.........
1pepper,before i ate 2 tea-spoon after every meal (it soudn weird,but it's natural,no infect and no yo-yo effect), then i put in blank capsule for eating after meal.
now i'm not use crazy like that,only put a lot in food every meal.
2green tea,it can reduce fat. drink it not more that 2 cup a day (more than that can make u have a problem with stomach.)
3 drink lot of water before eating,that can make u eat less.
4eat chillie! it's true chille can make digest system work well. i'm thai,most of thai eat lots of chillie. so it hard to see fat people (except some that like mcdonald ex. me!,but now i eat that junk only few time when i really eager with it.) in my country 'cause we eat chillie nearly every meal.
5eat wholewheat bread.
6u can eat candy or sweet,but only 1-2 time a week in a small dish.
7basil,ginger,lemongrass,all this thing make fat go away. try to create menu that mix with this things.
8exercise.
9 eat small amont but often(it will make your stomach have to work a lot to digest often.). i eat 4 meal a day,but only small dish,and i try to get all nutrition in a balance way.
10 optimistic! it's important,as i told u that it will take time many month for lose weight,so u need to cheer yourself up. and be confident in yourself,have fun with life even u can lose only few pounds.
i hope that i will see a future slim girl with good health and good mind.

changing your eating habits & adding exercise to your lifestyle is free. the faster you lose the quicker it will come back on. we have to face the fact we didn't put weight on super quickly so its not going to come off super quickly. diets don't work because they have an end and once you stop and go back to regular eating weight gain is inevitable. making lifestyle changes is the way to go and lose weight seriously and keep it off. you don't have to give up anything you love its simply a matter of eating smaller portions and adding exercise.

Have five small meals a day (small!) and go for a jog once a day, and drink a lot of water and green tea, also chewing pepermint gum helps.
