Yes you can. The trick is to make fast food, junk food, and all that "bad for you" stuff the exception, not the rule. Chocolate is actually good for you, so you can get away with having a couple of pieces every day. You want to know the best way to lose weight on a diet without feeling deprived? Try this: For six and one-half days a week, concentrate on eating all the "good for you" stuff like fresh fruits and veggies, whole grain products, lean meats, lowfat dairy products, eggs, nuts, etc. Then for that last half-day per week, eat whatever you want -- just don't gorge yourself. That way you don't have to deprive yourself of everything you love.

you don't have to be on a strict diet. For instance, on Weight Watchers you can still eat all that you want, just in moderation. Portion size is the key to weight loss and not feeling deprived.

Yes you can! Diets suck. 99% gain the weight back. People go to food because of misery. Why create more? To lose weight permanently you need to be having fun and enjoying yourself. Isn't happiness most important (this site has page on that).

When you are not eating junk food, eat very healthy good carbs instead of slightly healthy other foods. That is the way. Bottom of site has fake junk food candy bars that are very healthy for you. You can just eat junk food instead of them and lose weight but junk food is very bad for your body and you will pay in other ways when you are older. But you could worry about that later in life unless you are in 40s or above.

Here is how you got this way! Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Remember the above (not on site) and see site below to re-learn how to eat so you can be thin and fit for life.

eat it in moderation. eat like 1/2 a cup and put away the rest for next time, and next, next time.

i suggest before eating junk foods, load up with veggies high in fiber first so that you feel full then eat your "treats" slowly, so this makes it more satisfying.

i was like that before too. i had this all or nothing attitude that it's either i skip it or i eat the entire thing. but i ate healthy foods that are high in fiber, and i gave myself a treat, by eating just a piece of a cake, and i didn't eat the entire thing. i took it home and i ate a portion of it the next day, and the following day etc.

Read the serving suggestions on the back and follow them strictly, also watch your calorie intake. It's ok to have junkfood as long as your only eating 1 portion and the amount of calories you eat per day does not exceed your limits.

You can if you excersize. You can have junk food, as long as you don't have too much.
