my sleep schedule is waay off. stay up 'till midnight sleep 'till eleven! what do i do? i cannot wake up early!

i can't go to sleep early either. i have to take medicine to make me goto sleep. if i took it too close to dinner.. lets just say i'd see my dinner again probly

go to sleep earlier a nd earlier each night, eventually u will get back on the right schedule.

pull an all nighter to reset your sleep schedual, then fall asleep early the night after (between 6-8:00) then you should wake up fully rested in the early morning (6-8:00) like you should. you are not getting sufficiently tiredby the time you go to should be getting to sleep

Start by not drinking caffeine products past noon. In the evening turn some lights off so it is darker. Take a nice warm shower, and go to bed. Set your alarm clock so you have an earlier wake up time. When you go to bed, tell yourself you want to wake up when the alarm goes off. When it does go off, GET UP AND STAY UP!! No naps in the daytime.

I stay up until 9 am and sleep until about 5 or 6 pm. I gotta cut back for school.

You can try taking Melatonin. You can buy it at almost any store. It's used to help regulate sleep patterns. If that doesn't help go see your doctor. I was put on Lunesta a year ago and it's the best thing I've been on.

go out for an hour run before bed, do physical activity, have an orgasm, whatever. Trigger your own body chemistry to get you to sleep.

Force yourself to stay up one night and u will be so tired that you will sleep earlier the next day.And then you can rebalance your schedule.Make sure you stick to it.
