My husband and I have a mutual best friend that we've had for 13 years and thats how my husband and I met. I have more guy friends than I do woman friends because guys don't gossip, they don't like shopping, and they don't fight with you over stupid crap! I'm not into that stuff!

Men typically befriend women to get into their pants, I personally don't believe much in pleutonic relationships. My best friends have always been guys, though I love women for all the other reasons.

Most women who are in a committed relationship probably would feel odd about being in a close, personal friendship with another man. I personally would feel as though I was cheating on my husband. I do have men who I consider friends, and my husband and I will even socialize with them.

Two reasons
woman can relate to woman and if they had a best friend realtionship with a man they would have a jealousy problem when they did find that special someone. They would be forced to choose between their friend or their lover.

There is only one reason why we are male and female: reproduction. Women and men tend to follow the biological urge to merge when they get close.
There's nothing wrong with that; it's just how life is. The important thing is to have an understanding with your mate (if you have one) regarding what's ok and what's not ok to do with other people, and don't violate that trust.
It's also important that people of the other sex understand what your relationship is to them, so they don't get ideas that will cause uncomfortable situations.

Who says???I have not ever had a girl for a friend that worked out.They always either,steal your man,tell lies about you,or stab you in the back!!!So as a matter of fact i do befriend men more than women.(or at least i used to before i got married)LOL Good luck God bless:O)

because we could always confide everything to a woman because they been there done that... As a man ususally he has two motive to be friends with us.. one is sex and the other is he has feeling for you ....

One word - Sex. Anytime there is a possibilty for sex between two people friendship gets a little messed up.
