I'd probably say that between 100lb and 120lb would be good for your height, but as you are very atheletic, probably around 110lb-115lb would be ideal. Take care : )

There is a simple way to know your ideal weight with using the calculator...
divide your weight in Kgs by your length in meters multiplied in itself
this method is called the body mass index "BMI"
anyone's BMI should be between 20-25
from 25-27.5 is high normal
from 27.5-30 is cosmetic obesity
30-35 is medical obesity "more susceptible to complications of obesity"
above 40 is Giant obesity

So with this method you can know your ideal weight and the acceptable range you can be within whatever the change in your length as you grow up.

Girlfriend, you are almost all grown-up now...so it is time that you start reading labels on the food you eat. Get online and research natural and nutritional food choices. Even an athelete that eats foods that have hidden excess saturated fats and too much sugar and salt, or preservatives and synthetic chemical additives, is going to have a really tough time getting or staying in shape. You need vitamins and minerals in real food NOW more than EVER, because your body is still growing. Brain too! Don't compare yourself to anyone else, Paris or Nichole....NOT!

Im no longer positive about age, yet height, shes in her universal weight decision so i wouldnt problem. the optimal bmi you may have for 5'3 is 25, then after that you would possibly want to be over weight, yet hers is 22, so shes in her weight decision.

I was about to ask the same thing! It depends on your height. Consault a Doctor or Doctors Website. I found out i have to lose 3 lbs. to be normal.

how tall are you?
im guessing youre around 5'2-5'4 and if so, you should be around 114-122.
besides, as long as you arent over wieght or obese, you should just live life and dont get suckedinto the world of calorie counting and exercising now.^_^
