No matter what I eat or how much, I can never get full. I've been trying to be careful, but this is getting ridiculous! Nice responses, please!

Processed foods that are high in fat or sugar do not make you feel as full as whole-grains and raw food does. Just try this out one day. Oatmeal for breakfast, not the kind that cooks in 5 minutes either. Brown rice, still crunchy after a 20 minute boil. Garbanzo beans, right out of the can. Nuts, that you have to crack a shell to get to. And...are you drinking 6 to 8 glasses of plain water daily? Bon Appetit!

You could try drinking water before every meal. It fills you up, so you don't eat as much. But if you are not overweight and you have a high metabolism, then you really don't have too much to worry about. just make sure you're at least eating healthy foods.

Try what I do-- Eat Slowly. Dont stuff it into your mouth. Dont do the 20 chews thing. It takes awihle for your body to tell you its full. Just eat healthy, like strawberries. You body wants alot of junk food, and it will never be full on it.

Try drinking a glass (8oz) of 2% milk with your meals. The milk will bloat you a little and make you feel fuller and the calcium is good for you, it being 2% it isn't all that fattening.

I usually eat slowly, and follow each bite (or every other bite) with a mouthful of water or milk. Works every time.

Using the word "FULL" is not appropriate...the term..."had enough" is appropriate....Maybe if you ate more BREADS.. or drink POWER DRINKS..like Bananas with milk..that will make you feel "satisfied"
