I would go with regular curls the spiral curls dont last as long for the damage that your doing. The rods sit further away from the head so its alraedy loose already instead of being just right in two weeks it will be to loose in a month. Now if they spiral with regular rods instead of the long spiral rods taking smaller partings it would be worth it but nobody will do that anymore because of time being money

Spiral curls is a nice style that last up to two weeks and it causes no damage to the hair. It a style for getting up and going without having to fix your hair everyday. It doesn't matter what age you are you can wear spiral curls anytime with short, long, and medium length hair.

How often? is my question? Only for an weekend or even once a week it won't be. Now for the 37yr. old woman part, age don't matter to the spiral curls. Spiral Curls have a in mature look to them in certain styles, but for the most part you should find a style that accent your style, face and age.

well..first of all spiral curls are out. Second of all they are not for a 37 year old lady..mabye for a 6-9 year old. Why not just go for a little layering or a few highlights.

I am 37 and wear curls. My hair is very long, actually, almost to my waist. It looks great. If you use a ceramic curling iron like Chi and only use the iron at the ends of your hair, your hair will look sexy and great.

its not THAT damaging to get a perm if done right and the chemicles are not left on too long... you will have to use a deep conditioner after you have it done and the proper styling products to kepp it from getting frizzy..but to see how it looks on you first..try curling all of your hair with a small curling iron..because this is how its pretty much going to look with the perm...

Spirals are pretty. Not too damaging, just use a good conditioner

well anytime you get hair colored or permed the peroxide does do some damage to your hair, but I would do it. Getting your hair done makes you feel younger and happier. Go for it. And by the way, nice picture of the lion.
