LOL, this can be such a fun debate. People who play games all day long aren't very productive. I don't care what studies say. They are detached from normal real world stuff.
The games kids play nowadays are just plain bad. When people are calling systems like the Gamecube as a "kiddie console" I think people miss the point of gaming.
This is coming from a guy who used to be a hard core gamer, but there are more important things in life. I usually play something about once a month, that's about it.

Horrid high quality skill furnish (fairly significant from the $27 fee ticket on a 600W skill furnish). continuously get a plausible furnish with an 80 Plus certification. the skill furnish is what's powering each little thing on your computer. If it don't have the right protection measures put in, it may take something else of your computer out with it. 160GB is really, little or no. If it is your basically hardchronic, you'll run out of room very immediately. you're saying you're gunna be gaming on it and observing videos, which both take an excellent form of area, so make positive 160GB is adequate (and Vista will take ~20-30GB, likely more desirable, i visit't remember precisely how a lot it takes). My advice is to no longer spend $50 on the case, and to apply it in different places the position it really is more desirable necessary. Edit: You surely do no longer want 800W for a 550. it truly is one aspect I forgot to prepare; do not get a 600W skill furnish, basically get a sturdy high quality (80 Plus qualified) 500W. and also you'd be able to really watch videos on 720P, and Battlefield 3 on round medium settings.

I have played video/computer games most of my life. I graduated college with high honors, am an Eagle Scout, am a beneficial member of my community, and am an all around nice guy :-)
Anyone who says that computer games are bad for kids, is just passing the blame from themselves...I am living proof of that. My parents taught me that games are not real *duh*. I have good parents that care about me and support me in everything I do. Yes, I love violent games...I think they are fun...I also like just about any other game imaginable.

I think it's real nice .. you can learn lots of stuff from it .. beside it can empty the people's violence inside the game instead of in the community
