I saw a report in the news (GMA7) about Chinese mainlanders who couldn't show immigration officials proper documentation. They started putting up stalls selling good from China that undercut the prices of local commodities.
Generally, most who enter the Philippines are from neighboring SE Asian countries.

There are illegal immigrants in every country of the world. Every country has immigration laws as well. Some peopel immigrate for a better life (more money, job oppurtunities, safer country to live in, etc). Others for political reasons, such as people from mainland China/Vietnam escaping Communism in their country. I hate to go there but what about the people that immigrated the Phillipines (amongst other countries) illegaly to conduct terrorist activities.
I dunno tagalog sorry.

they don't look to be reluctant. they purely can not locate any answer to that - like sufficient housing transportation, and so on. as well, they're theoretically not unlawful immigrants, because Sabah actual belongs to the Philippines contained in the first position (bear in mind that Malaysia nevertheless will pay its annual employ to the Sulu Sultanate). Philippines and Sabah percentage plenty including way of existence, faith, traditions, and heritage. Malaysia and Sabah does not.

The 2nd highest waiting period from USCIS is the Philippines, Why would anyone want to go there if they all want to come to the US!
