Ford Trucks have ruled the market for 30 years.
Thats why Toyota & Nissan (also Honda ) are trying to (unsuccessfully) get some of the market.

Since my husband and I have owned these trucks in the past, I'll give my opinion, in brief. If you NEED a truck, buy Ford. Fords are very capable and, for lack of a better term, ballsy. They don't bend and shake. The other two don't have a solid "feel" to them when you are towing or hauling.

I bought a Dodge Ram and talk about a gas guzzler! I barely get 15mpg and it's the more "economical" V6!!!!!!!!
I'd definately get the Tacoma or the Frontier over any FORD crap.

I know a few people that have tacomas (my husband included) and everybody loves them. But they are gas guzzlers. My dad and brother both have fords and they've been really good too but i just think they're kinda ugly.

All are good trucks but you will have a hard time beating a Nissan.

I have had many trucks over the years and everyone knows a mom needs her truck. So, I would have to say the best one I have owned(still got it, still love it) is my GMC Sonoma. 5speed stick, long bed, but i did beef up the suspension and springs to heavy duty. It's good for camping, hunting, bmx bikes(can you tell I got boys) and moving everyone and everything. Good luck and happy trucking.

you cant kill a toyota...you pay more for them to begin with, however they are much more reliable than ANY nissan or ford being produced today

i personally go for the american made vehicles. Gotta support. however of the american made ford is at the bottom. i dont like to Fix Or Repair Daily.
