I guess the better question is: do you prefer to be single or in a relationship more?

in a way i like being single. you have less worries, stress and complications. but alas i do miss having a relationship as well. i must say that i would rather be involved than be single, because a little stress makes day to day life seem all the more interesting. a day with no worries will turn out being dull and boring.

When I was young, I HAD to have a boyfriend, now that I'm an adult, being single is a wonderful time.
REally depends on who u ask, insecurity, selfesteem, play big roles in this, a woman will endure a horrible relationship( cheating, abuse, lies, etc) just to say their in one, this makes them feel "valid" as a person. As a single gal, I will tell u there are those arkward moments when u are out with friends and they are talking about there husbands and ur like silent, but, i have to tell u, that 90% of those friends have told me they want my carefree life, because they have to deal with so much,and honey I've NEVER wanted their lives, ever. I like coming and going when I please, if I want a companion of some sort, easy, but not now, I dont feel like checking in with someone everyday,or dealing with BS, while ur young, ...or old love ur life the way it is!!!!!

oh yes single is the best thing in the world u have no rules u can do what u want and u dont have problems. Lifes Great when ure single!!!

Right now I am enjoying a series of short-term relationships (1-2 weeks).
When "The One" comes along, hopefully I will recognize it.

being single is pretty fun. you have no worries and you're not committed to anyone. i enjoy being single, but i think that's also because i haven't met the right the one yet.

At this point in my life I am fresh out of a divorce. I like not having a man controlling my every move. But my ultimate goal, is to find a good man to share my life, and love me like I have never been loved before.
