I would think soon to be 30 would be the age when women want to settle down.

It has a lot to do with where your meeting these women. I'm pretty sure you wont meet your dream girl at club because she probably thinking you just looking for sex or whatever.
Try meeting women at your job, a book store etc, get to know they person before getting intimate, that way you can see her agenda, see what she is all about.. you will be able to determine whether she is a keeper or just a waste of time.
There are a lot of women out there around your age looking to settle down too, just take your time and have an idea of what your looking.

Yo playa, its because you meetin them at the wrong place. I assume you're talking about girls you bring home from the bar....well no ****, thats all their looking for too is a booty call. Girls can use you just as much as you can use them. If you really want to meet a girl you want to date and possibly marry, you have to have something in common. WHatever you enjoy doing as a hobby, be it reading, biking, playing video games, whatever, try to meet this girl while shes doing something you enjoy. For instance, I enjoy playing sports so I joined a coed volleyball league and met the girl of my dreams during a game. Just try it out, it might just work.
