You need to go see a doctor. If you're having headaches that much, the excedrin might stop working altogether.
I suffer from frequent migraines. I started by taking lots of tylenol. But tylenol quit working for me. Then I had to take aleve. That quit working too.
I went to a doctor that specializes in sinuses (Ear, Nose, Throat or ENT). Took lots of antibiotics and allergy meds. Nothing worked. Had to have sinus surgery. Did that. The headaches didn't get as bad. But I was still getting them.
Right now, I take Relpax to stop migraines when they start. I'm seeing a chiropractor to see if it helps reduce the headaches.

Symptoms of a migraine:
-Sensitivity to light
-Sensitivity to noise
-Sensitivity to strong smells (like garlic)
-Throbbing pain on one or both sides of the head
-nausea
-Sometimes, the pain gets worse with physical activity
**I also found a really good article about migraine symptoms and advice. Hope this helps.

Because of the time of year and the fact that you're experiencing sinus pressure, chances are that your headaches are caused by allergies.
Every morning when I get up I take a Claritin for allergies and sinus. I also got a nasal spray called flonase from my doctor to help with my sinuses. It helps a lot.
For my migraines, the only way I can usually get rid of them is to sleep them off.
Take a pain reliever made to tackle migraines and try using either a hot or cold compress (sometimes hot works better, other times cold, its a trial and error thing). Then go to bed.
Another thing I do is sit in the shower with the water as hot as I can comfortably stand it. Aim the spray to the top of your head. The water pressure and repetitive contact helps me calm down and usually helps the lessen the pain.
If the sinus medicine doesn't work. You'll need to figure out what the trigger is for your migraines.
- something you ate
- working too long on the computer (eye strain)
- lack of sleep
- stress
- not having eaten for a long period of time
- birth control
It can be a long list. Your doctor might be able to help.
Good Luck!

Oh, let me sing my song of woe. I suffer from allergies AND migrains. I also get a lot of little headaches. Thankfully, it's been two weeks since I've had one. Excedrin used to work, now it doesn't. I usually take the Tylenol Rapid Release. Regular Tylenol doesn't do a thing for me. If it gets really bad, I have to take Relpax which makes me sick. Hmmm...headache so bad I could rip my head off, or sick?
Anyhow, my migrains sometimes start with a sharp pain or with what looks like a lightning flash across my eyes. I have had them so bad before that I could not even comprehend how to read or write. That's freaky! Also, there is a sensitivity to light and sound, mine is also to bright colors. I usually have to take the prescription and just go lay down for a quick nap. Thankfully my husband steps in and takes care of the kids when I have them that bad.
I deal with it one day at a time. I would suggest you see a doc. Each person is different, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. I feel for ya!

Try the least aggressive treatment first and work your way from there. In other words, try an OTC antihistamine or allergy medicine (Sudafed or Cleratin, for example) and see if that doesn't help to alleviate your symptoms. If that's not helping, then make an appointment with your doc and get a referral to a ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist or a neurosurgeon for further evaluation.
Migraines are VERY distinct in their symptoms; if you have any doubts about what a migraine may or may not be, read up on them at http://health.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=AoSG75MEfV07hR1LAk2.qDhLvs8F?p=migraines&fi=&ft=&fa=&fc=&SpellState=n-593438950_q-nsYIjcY/.QlFinbRb5SsE2MAAA@@&sc=1

Migraines are a unilateral pulsating headache with light sensitivity and often preceded by flashes of light or dots. See an ENT doctor for a sinus evaluation.

I have this strange painless migrane...my eyeddoctor called it a visual migrane. I occasionally see a white spot on the side of my visual field moving either up or down.
It only happens when I get real stressed.
