You might think you are overweight, but you are not. Please stop worrying. You seem very healthy, but please stop weighing your self daily, because this is obsessive and is how body image disorders begin. I suggest only weighing yourself once a week to keep an eye on your weight, but your actual weight is ideal for your height and gives you a BMI of approximately 20. HTH : )

You don't seem over weight to me.
But if your looking to loose some weight try maybe running,swimming,getting active,riding a bike,push-ups,sit-ups,things like that should help.When I was your age I thought I was too, When I was 14 I weighed like 99,and always thought I was and now I am 20 years old and am 5"0,89 lbs.

actually for the one who said you should be 170 or 180...youre really off.you shouldnt be around that weight unless youre around 6'0.
to tell you the truth,you have a perfectly healthy bmi and are at the correct weight.
if you want to you can probably shape up your thighs and butt with a stair master or walking up alot of stairs everyday or you could do lunges(walking lunges work best).
you could enroll yourself in ballet to help strengthen legs if you want to as well ^_^

I'm 5'4 as well and 124 would be pretty tubby on me... I weigh between 108 and 110 and I could still stand to lose a few.

You are fine! You are perfectly proportioned. If you are exercising and eating decent, then you have nothing to worry about. Please don't be so consumed with your weight. You'll have plenty of time to worry when you get older :-) Have fun being a teenager!
