Denise is my mentor. Everything works if you just do it most people just don't follow through because they are lazy.

I use to watch Denise on cable in the late eighties. Compare her to today, does her workout work on her? maybe she said "anti-aging" because having a beautiful body makes you look young. to tell you the truth, any form of exercise is better than none at all. whether it be denise austin, yoga, pilates, etc... you just have to find one that you will enjoy so that you stick to it.

how would dancing stop you ageing?? havent heard of what you are talking about but to look your best you should do regular exercise (3 x 1hour per week) and eat a balanced diet. smoking is the one thing that ages you the most
