I work with this guy who often comes to the breakroom to talk. When it's just us, he will lean back in his chair, spread his legs, and place his hands behind his head, always with a big smile. What kind of signal is this, if any? Should I take this to mean he likes me? As far as I can tell, he only does this with me. If other people come in the room, he will immediately sit up.

He is very at-ease with you and feels comfortable in your company. Maybe he likes you a little more than as a co-worker. Look for more signs like touching you or asking you what you do on weekends.

This guy just feel relax.. and ofcourse he likes you! and he feels relax when he around you. he put his hands behind his head, becuse he wish to hug you, and when he open his legs is because... maybe dont take me wrong, but he may want to have sex with you. My boyfriend.. partner for 5 years now..he used to do and continues doing this same situation, because he knows that I love it, he provoke me by doing this and of course we always endup making love.

hes relaxed and trying to show hes relaxed and wanting you to start a conversation with the guy i think a rude way in my opinion and wont go into detail why but thats what it means

Sounds like he is giving you a clue into what he really wants. He might just be relaxed around you but more than likely, he wanting to be more than friends.

Ewww. It sounds like he's using his body language to be suggestive to you. And, if you notice that he only does that with you specifically then that's just inappropriate. Unless you like this guy I would stay away from him.
That would be the cynical explanation.
The casual explanation would be: maybe he's just airing himself out. Again, ewww!
