Hmm. Anastisia. That's not even wrong. You mean amnesia, not anasthesia. They don't forget their own language because language is crystallized intelligence, not fluid intelligence. Those are the two terms used to describe intelligence on an IQ test. Language is more ingrained in the brain, whereas events are not. There is retrograde amnesia and anterograde amnesia. Retrograde is long term memory, Anterograde is forgetting things that happen after the trauma that caused the amnesia.

language is the last thing to go with your last breath.my mother reverted to her first language on her death bed.doctors said that was nor unusual.
