Jesus proceeded forth from the Father.
The Father spoke Him.
That which proceeds forth from the Father is His Son.
Jesus was the Son of God and God the Son and The Word of God.
John 1:1 tells you that the Word was God.
John 1:14 tells you that The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. Who do you think that was?
Right! It was Jesus.
If you read the Bible, keeping in mind Jesus is the Word of God, it will open whole new vistas for you.
Furthermore, it is also written that The Whole Godhead dwelt in Jesus in bodily form.
That is The Holy Spirit, The Father and the Son all together.
Reference: Col 2:9 For in Him all the fulness of Deity dwells in bodily form,

You are making reference to John 1:1 where it says, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. If you go down to verse 17, it makes it clear that the Word was made flesh. Since it is the Word who is God, we know the Word is the Son of God who became flesh who was also the one with the Father at the beginning of the creation. The Word is God (The Son) that said, let us make man in our image and in our likeness. (Genesis 1:26) He (the Son) was speaking to and of the Father and the Holy Spirit. God in three persons.

This is a kind of metaphor because the nature of God is hard to explain. Impossible, really. Jesus is the creative expression of God. Similarly, the word is the creative expression of a human author. The word (or Word) is a message to us from the author (or Author). The Word of God is obviously something much deeper than the word of a human; but we are using human words to help us understand.

It means Jesus is God because if you read verse John 1:1 it says and the word was God, and if you read verse 14 of that same book it says and the word became flesh

Jesus said many times that He was here to do the work of the Father. The Lord spoke through Him. He became the Word of the Lord in this way.

The English word "word", in the original Greek is "logos", which means (as best I can explain it, without having to dig my concordance out) "word; something that represents something else.. akin to a symbol".
Just like a "word" is intended to represent a concept, a thing, an action, and so on, as a symbol (just as if I were to say the word "dog", you'd think of a bushy animal with a long tail, and evokes all the emotions, memories, and knowledge of such a creature)... so too does "the Word of God" represent, in a way, as a symbol as well.
Jesus came to earth to be God amongst man... so we could finally see and know Him. So, when it says that Jesus is God's Word, it is how God represents Himself to us... like how my avatar represents me, to you. Jesus represents everything that God is, in a simplified form, so that when we think of "Jesus", our knowledge and understanding of "God" is brought forward, as both are one and the same.

it means that Jesus carried the words of god as a messenger , that those words Jesus spoke were from god and not from Jesus, and that means Jesus is not a son of god like Hercules is the son of Zeus but a prophet sent for people ,and then all he said was changed and mixed with Greek mythology :D

Don't worry about it...if you were reading (readin) it and don't understand then it is a question of intellect and not a question of meaning.
You just have comprehension difficulties...I'm afraid it can't be helped. See your mother on this. The booze while pregnant was never considered a good idea of pre-natal care.
