okay i'm so sorry that your special day is around that time. Drink water and less soda and coffee. Take some motrin and have a tide to go pen with you at all time in case of an emergency. Wear shorts under your dress so it will help prevent accidents. Relax and forget about it. Good Luck and think about reschuduling if needed. You know how you are around that time ( crabby, pains, bloating amount) so it might be a good idea if you need to reschudule. I hope i am the best answer! Have fun and remember thuis day is all about you and your hubby!

Lots of Ibuprofin, 4 tablets a total of 800 mg. It will ease the cramps and soreness... as for the bloating take some water pills, you can get them at GNC. Same thing happened to me. Luckily from all the stress my period was 4 days late.

So you are talking about your period being due; PMS is not the same thing! You'll be too busy to worry about any discomfort! Happy wedding!

try not to eat a lot of sodium the week before, load up on water and less soda coffee..(that will help with bloating).
The girl who says skip the "green pills" has no idea what she's talking about...that's only her type of pill.
My ob/gyn did tell me to skip my "period pills" but they are inactive so even if I skip them I'll still get a period, what I can do is skip them and start right on my new pack of pills, that skips the pills without hormones and keep the hormones coming (ie no period) most ob/gyns will say that's safe once in a while, but as yours about your pill if any.

Do NOT go the birth control route unless you talk to your Dr. first. Some pills will not allow this!
Otherwise, limit your caffine & salt intake, plenty of fluids, something to relive symptoms. You may be anxious enough that it will be delayed on it's own.

Call your doctor...Sometimes a nice dr. will give you somthing mild that will aleast take away cramps..DON'T TAKE ANYTHING YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN BEFORE ON YOUR WEDDING DAY!! Don't want to take a chance on it making you sleepy or what not...But talk to your Dr. about it...As long as your not somone that is always trying to get pain pills and you tell the dr. that you just want them to get through the big day he/she will probaly understand...

If you are taking birth control you can just skip the green part and it will skip all together. If not then Midol always works great. And that sucks. Good luck.

Pop three Motrin and try not to think about it.
You will be so busy that day, you probably won't even realize it.
