No. My bf lives almost an hour and a half away. We have been apart our entire relationship (8 months).
That distance can create a lot of problems. You have to be able to trust them, be very patient, and be able to communicate. With a distance, your time together is special. Don't waste it with arguing. If something is wrong, fix it right then.
If you are willing to do this, then good luck! It can work!

Depends on the effort u guys put forth. I had a boyfriend who lived 1 hour and half away, and it didnt work because he wasnt willing to visit me, at all! But I've known guys who will travel 3 hours plus to see there woman, and vice versa. An hour is really not a big deal, at all. Both parties have to be willing to make small sacrifices

That depends. Do either/both of you drive? Are you willing to make the commute on a regular basis? Do you IM,email and telephone each other? Do you trust the other person?
It can work but it has to be a commitment on both sides.

It depends on your transportation and each person's willingness/ability to travel. An hour is probably not too far if you really like them.

gee i onces dated a man that live 3hrs away he came down on the weekends and i did what i wanted during the week ----- its pretty cool to do

Depends on your age, transportation options, and your willingness to commute. I am doing it right now and have no problem, but we also both have cars and we spend every weekend together.

it depends if you can get there to see them a lot or if you truly love them then i think it is OK i am in a long distant relationship and we don't get to see another a lot but we talk every night and we are doing just fine
