We're born into sin? Here is my theory: christians are terrified of p*ssy (excuse my french). Since we come out of the fun zone, we're are covered in sin (among other things). Just seeing if it sticks, I'm a work in progress.

Yeah I'd say you are a work in progress. You need a lot of progress! LOL Original sin does exist and clearly you don't understand the basis for it.

THIS IDIOT TURNED HERE EMAIL OFF BECAUSE SHE CAN'T DEFEND HER ARGUMENTS! LOL

It is NOT BIBLICAL, read Ezekiel 18.

Here is one verse Eze 18:19 “But you still ask, ‘Is the son guilty along with his father?’ No! The son did what was fair and right. He was careful to keep all of my rules. So you can be sure he will live.

The chapter begins with
Eze 18:1 A message came to me from the LORD. He said, 2 “You people have a proverb about the land of Israel. What do you mean by it? It says, “‘The parents eat sour grapes. But the children have a bitter taste in their mouths.’ 3 “You will not use that proverb in Israel anymore,” announces the LORD and King. “And that is just as sure as I am alive.

You can see that the teaching has been around since several centuries before Christ, but it is not truth. The passage from Ezekiel is a lengthy discussion of a hypothetical family of alternating good and evil fathers and clearly points out that each person is to be judged for their own actions, without consideration of what their father did or did not do. The guilt of sin is not hereditary.

Original sin is fiction, not Biblical truth.

You are, of course, correct.
However the Christian notion is based on the fact that people are born with a natural tendency that is sinful. Given the Christian rules of conduct, a puppy would be born sinful. But puppies are excused in that faith because they havent a soul.

I've never understood that either. Ever held a puppy?
It has a soul.

Seeing as how not even all Christians believe in it (like that's anything new)... yeah, I'd say it's total bullshite.

Though the bible is full of unfair condemnation. Like the verse that says God's wrath will be visited unto the 10th generation of descendents of person who actually did the sinning. Fair huh? Having to pay for what your great, great, great... grandad did?

Sin is in the world. Someone just born can't help that they are born in this world. Technically not all babies come out of the "funzone". Sorry, but you do seem to be a little confused on this subject.

1 Peter 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Your mouth needs to washed out with soap and water.
