Have had Sirius Radio for almost 2 years and not had a problem with reception in any areas. I do live in an area where there is a lot of rural areas and no problems. Been very happy with it. Live in a TriState area and can say it works fine in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.

I had Sirius radio for two years now and the best word that I can describe is “WOW”. Once you’re in Sirius, it’s hard to go back to your regular FM stations and CD’s. I never have a problem with signals and things like that not even when I was driving to Lake Tahoe and Yosemite Area. Try it, you will absolutely love it.

I have it and I converted a bunch of people to it.

Drove from Miami to Seebring in Central Florida through the Everglades - no problem.

Got to listen to my stations on Sirius all the way through. No way with terrestrial stations which will fade out with the curvature of the earth.

Have two accounts plus I get to listen online while at work.

Babba Bueyyyyyyyy.

I would think it would be best in rural areas. I have the most trouble when I am in heavily wooded areas where the branches are over the road.

I love my Sirius! I live in a valley, there are literally mountains on all 4 sides of me, and I get reception with no problem!

My friend in Fl has it, and it cuts out all over the place, even tree shadows.
But someone I work with in NC only has problems under long bridges.
