I drink herbal tea (pepperpint is a good one) with honey and lemon. Horehound lozenges are good for sore throats too, as is chicken noodle soup. Oh and Ricola. For a sore throat I use the original and the honey-herb ones. (horehound is also one of the ingredients in the Ricola)
Good luck tomorrow. =)

Spray your throat with TCP,it works wonders! You can spray directly,or gargle thoroughly with 1 part TCP Antiseptic to 4 or 5 parts water.
TCP Antiseptic helps destroy bacteria and germs associated with common throat and mouth infections.

I sing as well, and I end up dosing myself up with beechams cold and flu tablets and drinking GALLONS of hot lemon and honey and popping halls soothers as if they're going out of fashion.

Otherwise, not much. You might just have to sing with a sexy husky voice instead.

Take it easy on your throat today!

Why is your throat sore? Would decongestants and/or antihistamines work?
