Its not just a teenager thing i am 22 and my brothers and sisters still irritate me so bad it is never ending i am sorry to tell you that

I am not a teenager anymore, but I can remember my little sister use to drive me nuts. She was always wanting to be in my business and hang out with me and my friends. I think that we always thing the are irritating.

It's not just you. All teenagers think like that. In fact, a good number of adults do too. Little brothers/sisters ARE annoying. They're SUPPOSE to be though, I think it's in their job description. Anything they can find that will annoy you, they will do it, and continue to do it until you scream! Don't let them know it annoys you and they won't do it. BUT, they WILL find something else. My little brother still annoys me regularly, and he's now 50!

I just had to give this talk
to my grand kids last weekend.
They are a pain in the neck
right now, but there will come
a time and it won't be long
when you will ALL be grown up.
You will be adults with memories
of your childhood instilled in you.
What kind of memories do you
want your little brothers and sisters
to have of you, when you are all
adults and have a relationship
with one another.
My parents didn't know that they
were supposed to teach us
to love and respect each other,
so my (baby) sister and I had
to LEARN it ourselves after we
grew up!!
It would have been so much
better if we would have known
it when we were young.
Life would have been so much
richer for both of us.
Love and care for each other now.
The better you treat your
little siblings the more they
will react with respect and
love for you.
Plus it is good training for
how you will deal with your
own children after you are
grown and have a family!
Please try it. For 24 hours,
only be NICE...see for yourself
what your patience can produce.

You are telling me!! I have two teenager kids, they could kill each other one minute and be friends the other, it happens non stop 24/7. Good news, you are having a healthy relationship.

I think that being irritating is their job and it is every older sibling's job to be irritated by it. The good news is that you usually quit these "jobs" when you're all older.

all little brothers and sisters are irritating, but they are looking up to you for guidance and attention. Why don't you just accept them as your younger peeps and quit fitting it?

Most people,especially teenagers, think that their younger siblings are annoying. You are totally normal. Its just a bout of sibling rivalry.

I am a little sister and it is our job to be irritating to our older brothers.Its so fun seeing them get in trouble or just annoying them..lol
