I have been dating this woman for about 5 weeks. I just don't "feel" it happening with her! But breaking up is hard to do! We work together, which adds to the complications. She is super good, I just don't want to be in a relationship right now. What is a nice way to tell her without causing to much office hell?!

I think you should tell her what you just told us. Let her know the truth of how you really feel right now. You can't help that your not ready for a relationship right now. If she has respect for you then she would be able to respect your wishes. If not, she just might cause office hell, but I doubt it. Just tell her. Good Luck!

If you want to break up with the woman you have been seeing for 5 weeks then you should talk to her and tell he the reason why you don't want to be in the relationship and that your not doing to hurt her feelings is just your not ready. Since you two work at the same place then you could keep the relationship between you and her strickly friendship or just co-worker to co-worker. It is a hard thing to do but you will feel better once you do tell her.

Oh, my....dating a co-worker is the worse thing to do!...pls remain a gentleman at any cost. Bring a single rose and tell her in simple words that friendship is the only feeling you have at the moment. That you are not ready yet, and that she'll have you as a friend at any moment in the future, that it has nothing to do with "her", but with your present state of mind. (at least, my being a woman, this is what would less hurt me....)

You need to be honest with her, lying is only going to make it worse.
Be straight forward and say "I'm not interested in a realtionship right now" or "I'm not feelin it" or "You're a great person, but I'm just not ready"

Be honest, and be respectful of her feelings. But do not drag it out it will only get worse.
