Even the most wonderful people get rejected. How do you deal with it?

Yeah, rejection can be hard. Anyone who says otherwise is full of beans. We're genetically wired to fear rejection.
Basically, I just remind myself that my rejection was:
A. Done by one person. There are still billions of people out there who have not rejected me, so it means nothing, essentially.
B. Not necessarily based on their judgment of me as a person. A lot of people reject because of their current mood or state, or because of the situation they're in (very busy, already in a relationship, etc.)

Rejection is very hard, but as you get older you realize that their are too many fishes in the sea. We all had our hearts broken one time or another. Pick yourself right back up and do you.

The person that rejects you will get rejected right back eventually.
So take it from me and you will do fine.

Good Luck!!

I get rejected all the time. You just get used to it. The first couple of times were tough. Now it's a routine, a bit like brushing your teeth every morning.

You know, alarm goes off, shower, comb hair, shave, brush teeth, get rejected, eat lunch, etc.

I move on. It takes alot to bother me or get under my skin... So rejection is NOTHING compared to the big picture in life.
