A good friend wants to start a business... a juice bar. She's looking for some ideas about what would make it great... but also what would make it profitable. Any ideas?

First: Live up to your word. That is what ever you claim to say you do then do it.
Second: Don't mislead your drinks to a customer, if you don't know how to make a drink. Then by all means don't try. We customers know the difference from a good juice drink to a pretend mix.
And Third: If you use herbals make sure they are good quality, one can get into trouble if you are not honest.

fresh fruit. clean atmosphere. and a "starbucks" like environment. with wi-fi cafe and couches with magazines. stuff like that.
