For all you kids on here:In Internet terminology, a troll is someone who comes into an established community such as an online discussion forum, and posts inflammatory, rude, repetitive or offensive messages designed intentionally to annoy or antagonize the existing members or disrupt the flow of discussion, including the personal attack of calling others trolls. Often, trolls assume multiple aliases, or sock puppets...... If it's a sin then I surely am going to hell.

Is this a misspelling? Over-fishing can cause harm to the environment and trawl nets are notorious for disturbing the sea floor and catching fish that have to be discarded.

Yes, of course trolling on Answers and other forums is an antisocial and undesirable habit. It indicates a low mind and low morals and as such will be judged accordingly when you reach the pearly gates. "Ah!" St Peter will say, "And just who are you today?"

It's the original sin. The serpent in Eden was a troll. And a sock puppet of Jehovah's.

No, I don't think it's a sin, just an annoyance. The only thing more annoying than a troller is the myriad of people who don't realize they are being trolled.

I don't think so, I really think that you can chase down all the trolls you want to and still get to heaven as long as you've accepted Christ as your Savior. Be careful though if you actually catch one, I hear they have a nasty bite. Good luck and, hey, if you do happen to catch one post it's photo, I think it would be interesting to actually see what a real live troll looks like.

If you mean searching for young runaways to do them harm, yes it is a sin.

If you mean going fishing for fish, then no it isn't a sin.

Of course. It's natural and has nothing to do with god, so it must be. But why do you care? Aren't you just going to troll for some tang anyways?
